Work Environment:
This position is based out of our Yonkers Residential Treatment Center location for adolescents ages 12-21. 
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This position is part of a 24/7 residential program, and shift assignments are based on the needs of the youth and the program. Typical 1:1 supervision shifts include: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Staff may be required to remain on shift beyond scheduled hours if immediate relief is unavailable, to maintain continuity of care and ensure a safe, supportive environment for youth. Flexibility in scheduling is essential and may be necessary to meet changing program needs.
