Position Overview:

The CNC Mill Programmer/Operator is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components used in the manufacturing and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to create accurate CNC programs and machine setups that meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include tool selection, fixture setup, and the execution of efficient machining operations using G-code and CAM software. The CNC Mill Programmer/Operator performs in-process inspections, verifies part conformity using precision measuring instruments, and makes necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy throughout production.
In addition to machining tasks, the position includes routine machine maintenance, monitoring tooling wear, and ensuring proper coolant and lubrication levels. Senior Controls Engineer

Job Description
C &amp; B Operations, LLC is a progressive company that has grown over 35 years to include thirty-six John Deere dealerships in six states. We currently have an opening for our location in Jackson, Minnesota. This individual will perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment.
Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment</li>
<li>Participates in Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge</li>
<li>Completes all job notes required in conjunction with work assignments</li>
<li>Accounts for all time on a digital timecard and for all material used in performing assigned duties</li>
<li>Maintains current product knowledge of John Deere and competitive products</li>
<li>Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion</li>
<li>Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment</li>
<li>Promotes and sells the service department to customers including service work, inspections, and parts to increase customer safety and satisfaction</li>
<li>Follows all safety procedures and works in a safe manner</li>
<li>Assists with other duties that may be assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field, preferred</li>
<li>Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>
<li>Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of machinery, engines and other related equipment</li>
<li>Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems</li>
<li>Ability for critical thinking and resourcefulness to complete tasks</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and train in new technologies</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime to meet customer demands</li>
<li>Valid Drivers License and a safe driving record</li>

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled BIW (Body-in-White) Design Engineer to support engineering design and development activities for automotive structures. This role focuses on delivering innovative, cost-effective, and manufacturable solutions for large-scale product development programs.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead engineering activities for BIW components, including feasibility studies, 3D modeling, layout reviews, and 2D drawing creation using CATIA.</li>
<li>Analyze and resolve complex design challenges independently or with minimal guidance.</li>
<li>Develop part specifications and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams, adjacent component groups, and suppliers to optimize design and integration.</li>
<li>Perform cost analysis, strength calculations, and material selection to meet performance and budget targets.</li>
<li>Apply best practices and leverage emerging technologies to improve product quality, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for design optimization and implement strategies to reduce part complexity and manufacturing costs.</li>
<li>Travel to client sites as required for design reviews and collaboration.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related field) with 2–5 years of relevant experience, OR Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience working specifically with BIW components preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in CATIA V5 (V6 experience is a plus).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM).</li>
<li>Knowledge of material properties, strength calculations, and cost analysis.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite.</li>
