VP; Investment Banker sought by BofA Securities, Inc. to support the origination & execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap & middle-market private equity clients operating in various sectors incl. cross-border transactions & cap mrkts processes, incl. debt & equity offerings. Prepare materials for clients & participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination & execution. Reqs: Master's or equiv. & 3 yrs exp. in: Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions; Executing investment banking transactions & processes in a global firm environment, incl. both M&A & cap mrkts products.
