Emp will accpt master dgr + 3 yrs exp. 3 yrs exp must incl: Testing banking & broker-dealer internal controls in accordance w/ AICPA & PCAOB auditing standards; accounting & disclosure reqmts prescribed by ASC 810, 815, 820, 606, 326, & 940; valuation of investment security portfolios, allowance for credit losses, goodwill, & intangible assets; SEC reporting; US GAAP; US GAAS; & SOX 404.
