Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects are planned and built to specifications and Company Standards.
- Oversee construction activities, including planning, scheduling, materials, and practices.
- Monitoring the workload of staff to ensure that activities are being planned in accordance with their priority.
- Oversee subcontractor activities.
· Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
· Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
· Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment.
· Verify deliveries and manage inventory to prevent shortages or waste.
· Serve as the primary on-site contact for the project team and client.
· Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and documentation.
· Communicate daily with project managers

- Proven experience within the construction industry.
- Ability to travel Monday through Thursday.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Basic knowledge of iOS.
