Role Overview
We are seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence and support ERP optimization initiatives. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Project Management, IT, and Data Management to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that enable scalability and harmonization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interviews, workshops, and meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document and map current and future state workflows, including decision points and system handoffs.
- Analyze process dependencies between external processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Create standardized process maps, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models using tools like Visio and Confluence.
- Collaborate with SMEs and system owners to validate documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Lead future-state development sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Provide recommendations to support ERP optimization, process harmonization, and future-state design.
- Deliver findings in clear, actionable formats for leadership and program teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in process flow analysis or process improvement.
- Experience with Lean Tools and other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to document and analyze complex, cross-functional workflows.
- Understanding of ERP systems and data integrations (Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and continuous improvement orientation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on ERP experience and integration with other system tools (CRM, Scheduling, Inventory Management).
- Exposure to business transformation or process flow projects.
- Knowledge of data governance, change management, and master data alignment.
- Life Science or Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
