Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Nocturnist to join an established hospitalist team in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This full-time, permanent role focuses exclusively on inpatient care during night shifts and offers a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Job Setting:
Work in a modern hospital equipped with advanced EMR systems, 24/7 specialist consult availability, and a collaborative hospitalist program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overnight inpatient admissions and cross-coverage

• Ensure continuity of care and timely clinical decision-making

• Collaborate with hospital staff, nursing teams, and on-call specialists

• Utilize advanced EMR and diagnostic tools for patient management

• Participate in hospital quality and safety initiatives

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (with inpatient experience)

• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
