Job DescriptionJob Title: Protestant Worship Leader Location: Offutt AFB , NE 68113 Duties:
<ul>
<li>Lead worship music and rehearsals weekly</li>
<li>Coordinate music with the Service Chaplain</li>
<li>Recruit and manage praise team members</li>
<li>Prepare/setup sound equipment</li>
<li>Support up to 62 worship events/year (incl. special services)</li>
<li>Maintain clean, orderly performance space</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of worship leading experience</li>
<li>Skilled in singing and playing guitar or keyboard</li>
<li>Knowledge of contemporary Christian music</li>
<li>Must pass a background check and complete chapel training</li>
</ul>
Hours of Work:
<ul>
<li>Up to 62 units per year (1 unit = 3.5 hours)</li>
</ul>
Includes:
<ul>
<li>2 rehearsals/week (~1 hour each)</li>
<li>1 worship service/week (~1.5 hours)</li>
<li>10 special services (e.g., Christmas, Good Friday)</li>
<li>Total not to exceed 217 hours annually</li>
<li>Schedule to be determined after contract award</li>
