Job SummaryWe are seeking an outgoing and energetic Coach to join our team! As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a competitive cheerleading/gymnastics background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.</li>
<li>Lead structured practices</li>
<li>Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement</li>
<li>Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities</li>
<li>Communicate with parents/guardians</li>
<li>Follow all health and safety guidelines</li>
<li>Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred</li>
<li>Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents</li>
<li>Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required</li>
<li>First aid and CPR certified</li>
<li>Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills</li>
