Position Description
The Industrial Engineer will support Combat Vehicles site in York, PA by conducting detailed time studies across multiple manufacturing operations. The role involves documenting results, analyzing production workflows, and interfacing with cross-functional teams to support accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the assembly processes.
Skills Required
- Experience conducting time studies and documenting results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interface with internal customers and program teams
- Proven teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
- Past experience evaluating manufacturing processes (minimum 1 year)
Experience Preferred
- Background within heavy manufacturing, automotive, defense, or assembly environments
- Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
Education Required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
