We are currently hiring for multiple roles at our St. Charles-based manufacturing facility, including construction laborers, mechanical assemblers, and machine operators. You'll be working on the construction and assembly of prefabricated wall structures in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Positions Available:
- Construction Laborers – Experience with metal stud framing, drywall, or general construction preferred
- Mechanical Assemblers – Use of hand/power tools, working from measurements and diagrams
- Machine Operators – Experience running production equipment and maintaining safe, efficient operation
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read and work from measurements accurately
- Comfortable working with tools and machinery
- Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Details:
- 1st and 2nd shift openings
- Overtime currently available
