As a Yard Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Woerner Turf and Landscaping Supply standards, coordinating activities of loading, unloading, storing, transferring, and distributing sod primarily on-site at our outlet.

Summary

As a Yard Sales Associate, you will be essential in maintaining an organized and efficient yard environment, reporting to the general manager. Your role involves sorting, restocking, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations. With a strong emphasis on customer service and collaboration with sales, you will ensure that products are readily available and well presented. Utilizing your core and premium skills, including inventory management and heavy lifting, you will contribute to a productive and safe working atmosphere. Bilingual skills in Spanish would enhance communication with diverse customers and team members but not required.

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
