Job Description
We are seeking reliable Assembly Associates to join our team. This role focuses on building metal display units by following simple instructions, using basic hand tools, and working closely with the team to keep production moving.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal display components using a hand drill and other basic tools
- Follow work instructions to ensure parts are put together correctly
- Pack finished displays safely and efficiently
- Work as a team to move materials, complete orders, and maintain a clean workspace
- Inspect parts for quality and report any issues
- Meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to use a hand drill and basic hand tools (training provided)
- Comfortable standing for most of the shift and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous assembly or production experience is helpful but not required
