Enterprise Project Consultant
6 Month Contract to Hire

Brooksource is hiring an Enterprise Project Consultant to join the team for one of our largest clients in Alabama. The Enterprise PMO is comprised of Project Managers and Business Consultants that pair to plan, develop, and implement projects and initiatives for internal business groups to control costs, as well as improve quality and operational efficiency. This person will work in tandem with one other Business Consultant, shifting according to project, and will bring project management expertise into initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling. The Project Consultant will be responsible for an average of 3–5 projects at a time with numerous stakeholders, differing levels of leadership, and varying functions. The Enterprise PMO operates with blended methodologies and emphasizes strong documentation processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading projects from initiation to full completion.
- Experience analyzing business processes and identifying solutions.
- Experience leading projects to improve workflow, productivity, and efficiency.
- Skilled in leading and facilitating effective meetings, making formal presentations, and recommending process improvements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 18 months of starting.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
