With over 75 years of combined styling and business experience, K&D offers an accelerated pathway for growth-minded stylists. We're expanding with future programs and brand ventures, so we’re seeking team members who want to grow with us.
Compensation is customized to your skillset, consistency, and leadership potential—not one-size-fits-all.
What We Offer:
- Structured Base Pay with Growth Milestones – Start with a 90-day evaluation period, increase base pay in 3 months, plus earn quarterly bonuses based on performance
- ️Specialty Style Commission – Earn custom commissions for advanced techniques beyond our core service.
- Performance Bonuses – Every 3 months we evaluate your output and long term value add.
- Leadership Pathway – Clear track to advanced roles: salon management, master stylist and mentorship positions

- Daily Tips Go Directly to You – Our salon has generous, loyal clients who consistently tip well
- Busy, Walk-In Friendly Location – No need to bring your own clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of styling experience in braiding, twists, locs, silk presses, blowouts, and more.
- Consistent, punctual, and willing to work with a team-based mindset
- Ready to style clients while training in foundational techniques and learn salon systems.
- Strong communication and client service skills
- A desire to grow with a salon, not just work in one
