Job DescriptionMachine Operators, Assemblers & Brazers – 2nd & Weekend Shifts | $23.53+/hr | Lexington, VA
Looking for steady work with great hours and strong benefits? We’re hiring for multiple roles in Lexington, VA — including machine operators, electrical/mechanical assemblers, and brazers. Whether you prefer weekday evenings or long weekends off, we’ve got a shift that fits.

Open Shifts:
• Weekend A Shift: Fri–Sun, 6AM–6PM
• Weekend B Shift: Fri–Sun, 6PM–6AM
• 2nd Shift (C Shift): Mon–Fri, 3PM–11PM
Roles Available:
• Machine Operators: Operate various metal fabrication equipment
• Assemblers: Electrical and mechanical assembly, panel wiring
• Brazers: Brazing, leak testing, and pressure testing
What You Bring:
• 1+ year in manufacturing, assembly, or brazing
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Comfortable using hand/power tools and measuring devices
• PLC wiring experience a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Steel-toe boots required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.53 - $26.14/hr.
