IMMEDIATE POSITION: Frankfort, IN USA

MONDAY TO FRIDAY - Day shifts available

CNA or HHA

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Provide client care according to approved Service Plan
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements
• Follow principles of infection control and Universal Precautions
• Identifies and participates in performance improvement activities
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry
• Provide transport to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
• Assist in providing a safe environment and promote quality patient care
• Adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
• Adherence to client’s rights including the right to privacy and dignity
• Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to pass a background test and drug screen upon hire
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Covid Vaccination
