Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Work directly with families and caregivers to generalize strategies across settings.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
• Help build the clinic’s culture, systems, and long-term vision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially ages 2–7.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance processes (preferred).

Skills

• Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques with a strong understanding of behavioral health principles.
• Knowledgeable in medical documentation practices, including familiarity with medical records and terminology.
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong patient assessment skills to effectively evaluate client needs and progress.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
