Requirements:
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Work directly with families and caregivers to generalize strategies across settings.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
- Help build the clinic’s culture, systems, and long-term vision.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially ages 2–7.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance processes (preferred).

Skills
- Proficient in applied behavior analysis techniques with a strong understanding of behavioral health principles.
- Knowledgeable in medical documentation practices, including familiarity with medical records and terminology.
- Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong patient assessment skills to effectively evaluate client needs and progress.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
