We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seeking out new Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Clients. The Sales Associate will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

Compensation: Base plus commission depending on experience and negotiated terms.

Responsibilities:

Sales development and lead generation, client relationship management, strategic and innovative sales strategies.
Estimate and proposal preparation, phone sales, site visits.

Qualifications:

3 + years of commercial HVAC sales.
Valid drivers license
