- Maintain production flow, track output, and meet scheduling goals
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues directly on the shop floor
- Train and mentor team members on programming, tooling, and setup techniques

- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes
✅ What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including programming and setup
- Previous supervisory or lead machinist experience preferred
- Proficient in CNC coding/programming (G-code) and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam)
- Skilled in tooling design, blueprint reading, and fixture development
- Strong use of measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, microscopes)
- High school diploma (required)
- Comfortable with basic computer use (Outlook, online timecards, production systems)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Must be physically present on the shop floor, this is not a desk job
🎁 Benefits:
- Full Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
- Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability (company-paid)
- Paid Holidays & Vacation Days
If you’re ready to lead a CNC team while staying close to the tools, machines, and process—this is the role for you.
