Summary:
We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to work with a Leading US Turnkey Energy Solutions Company specializing in innovative service and equipment solutions for the energy industry worldwide. They have designed, built, and deployed numerous projects working collaboratively with EPC’s. Due to the exponential growth they have experienced, and with an ever-increasing pipeline of orders, they’ve decided to build their own integrated EPC team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee the quality control throughout a project’s life cycle. The Project Manager may be responsible for more than one project at a time.
The Construction Project Manager’s Responsibilities Will be:
- Collaborating with senior leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Developing structured project plans, including task breakdowns, timelines, and milestones.
- Identifying project risks, constraints, and resource needs across budget, schedule, and technical areas.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Overseeing budgets and financial tracking to ensure project profitability.
- Leading internal and client meetings to ensure clear communication and progress updates.
- Reporting project status and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting team development through performance feedback and involvement in appraisals.
- Maintaining strong understanding of pricing and billing practices to ensure accurate financial management.
The Construction Project Manager’s Qualifications Will be:
- A university degree, college diploma in a relevant field, or 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex projects, including full project lifecycle execution in technically specialized industries.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, with experience in team development, process optimization, conflict resolution, and motivating diverse teams.
- Proven ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed for project support.
- Formal training in project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; applicants requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered. Must have a passport (or be eligible to obtain one)
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
- Comfortable interpreting technical documents, including safety procedures, operational manuals, and maintenance instructions.
- Able to draft clear reports, correspondence, and communicate effectively with internal teams, senior leadership, external vendors, customers, and regulatory personnel.
- Skilled in basic mathematical operations and calculations involving percentages, measurements, volume, area, and related concepts.
- Working knowledge of applied concepts in algebra, geometry, thermodynamics, chemistry, and electricity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather data, evaluate variables, and make informed decisions.
- Capable of understanding and acting on complex technical instructions and abstract concepts.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure, including in emergency situations.
