Vital Living Healthcare is an established Concierge Primary Care practice specializing in Wellness, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Loss, IV Therapy, PRP, Anti-Aging, Peptides, and Medical Aesthetics for both men and women.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in weight loss management, HRT, primary care, and peptide therapy to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering medical weight loss programs (including semaglutide and tirzepatide), a solid understanding of bioidentical HRT, and knowledge of peptide therapies. A4M board certification or fellowship training in HRT is a plus, but not required.
You will work under the guidance of our supervising physician to create customized, evidence-based treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing patient support for weight loss, HRT, peptide therapy, and primary care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients for weight loss, primary care, HRT, and Peptide Therapy in collaboration with our physician
- Administer and monitor semaglutide and tirzepatide for medical weight loss programs
- Create individualized weight loss plans, including:
- Appropriate medication dosages
- Protein intake recommendations
- Interpretation of body composition results
- Lifestyle and nutrition guidance for sustainable success
- Evaluate thyroid and sex hormone levels; diagnose hypogonadism, perimenopause, and menopause.
- Collaborate on customized HRT plans, including prescribing topical and injectable HRT therapies and perform pellet implantation (male and female)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on treatment options, side effects, and best practices for optimal results
- Maintain accurate, compliant patient records
- Stay current with advancements in weight loss, hormone, and peptide therapies
- Participate in a team-based, collaborative approach to care
Qualifications
- Valid NP or PA license in Georgia
- Proven experience in medical weight loss (semaglutide, tirzepatide)
- Hands-on experience in bioidentical HRT
- Peptide therapy knowledge/experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative medical team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Current BLS/ACLS preferred
- Passion for service, patient education, and continuous learning
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday
- One Saturday per month (8 AM – 3 PM) with an exchange day provided
