Job Description

1st Shift Manufacturing Associate
Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM (B Crew – COS MT/SS, WTF)
Location: Florence, KY 41042

Job Responsibilities

Support production by ensuring materials, packaging, and supplies are available for the line.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 6S standards.
Assist with basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Help stage, load, and label shipments to ensure accurate and timely outgoing product.

Job Duties

Start and operate mixers/production lines and empty product onto pallets for WIP or finished goods.
Track inventory produced during the shift and document downtime with causes.
Build pallets to match production output and unload/load trucks into correct staging areas.
Perform visual or tool-assisted quality inspections and complete required paperwork.
