We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate laser machinery to produce medical products such as biowearable sensors, wound care items, and diagnostic devices. You will be responsible for operating various machines and must be open to cross-training.
Responsibilities
- Operate cycles on the machines effectively.
- Inspect parts as they are produced.
- Conduct tests on parts to ensure quality.
- Package items for distribution.
- Document information accurately both manually and digitally.

Work Environment
The position offers a competitive base pay, with an increase after 12 months of experience. The first shift runs from Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 4 pm, and Friday, 7 am to 11 am. The work environment is smaller, with 15-20 people on the first shift, in a fairly loud setting where you can wear one earbud. You will wear lab coats and hair nets, but it is not a full clean room

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
