Job Description
Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in MH & SUD. They are actively seeking an executive level Clinical Director to join the company, ensure quality care based on evidence-based practice, and maintain compliance.
Role:
- Ensure quality of patient care is optimum
- Supervise and train program directors.
- Responsible for recruitment and hiring of clinical staff
- Manage the budget, planning, reporting, and auditing
- Meet established program targets through census maintenance and service delivery.
- Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.
Candidate:
- Licensed psychologist (Psy.D or Ph.D. preferred)
- 5yrs+ supervisory experience
- 8yrs+ experience in MH & SUD
