Connect Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee a Bee manufacturing warehouse in the city of Riverside, Ca.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9pm -5:30am
Requirements of the Production Lead:
- 1-3 years manufacturing experience
- Ability to work on both mechanical and computerized machinery from 300 tons to 500 tons
- Ability to climb, walk, lift, reach, sit, grasp
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities of the Production Lead:
- Set-up secondary equipment which includes dryers, mold temperature controllers and second operation equipment.
- Prepare and maintain hoppers and material loaders for production
- Diagnose and improve part defects and molding cycles
- Change inserts in molds to produce additional molded configurations
- Occasionally clean hoppers and load materials
- Occasionally fill in for machine operator
- Set-up of Injection Molding Machines which includes mounting molds into machines and setting all molding parameters
