How you will make an impact:

As a Resident Assistant, you will provide personal care services to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, positioning, transferring, laundry, and meal setup. You’ll also help serve meals and snacks, provide support during mealtimes, and assist with cleanup of dishes, equipment, and work areas. In addition, you'll monitor residents’ health and report any significant changes, such as choking, chest pain, fever, behavioral changes, or abnormal eating, bowel patterns, or vital signs.

Schedule: This is a PRN position with on-call shifts as needed.

What you will need:

  • High school or GED.
  • Experience in senior living (preferred).
