Machine Operator Level 1 – Day Shift | $20.50/hr | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our brand-new facility as a Machine Operator Level 1. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing with a company that’s expanding rapidly and committed to employee development through structured cross-training.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a single production machine safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic start-up, shutdown, and cleaning procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Complete daily production logs and documentation accurately.
- Report any basic mechanical issues to supervisors or maintenance.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Begin learning additional machines or tasks as part of your growth path.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Interest in manufacturing and basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus, but not required.
