Highlights of what we expect from you

  • Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed
  • Assist with Profit and Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, and managing labor
  • Maintain a friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are met
  • Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
  • Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
  • Make quick and appropriate decisions
  • Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
  • Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions
  • Understand the posted work schedule and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks; provide appropriate notice when unable to work
  • Accurately record all hours worked using the approved timekeeping system
  • Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members
  • Actively participate in the training of Team Members
  • Handle conflicts constructively and work with the RGM to achieve resolution
  • Fully participate in delivering a WOW experience to every guest

Are you qualified for the job?

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Experience: Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility


Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria and drug test
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry out trash containers, and place them in an outside bin
  • Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 90% of shift time
