Job DescriptionUnited Talent Staffing has immediate openings for full-time Snap Table Specialists in New Martinsville. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, earn weekly pay, and take advantage of bonus incentives while building a steady career.Pay: $12.00/hourSchedule:
- Monday – Friday 8 am start time
- Candidates must be available for overtime based on production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and snap together window frame and sash parts at the worktable.
- Inspect materials for accuracy, quality, and alignment.
- Operate hand tools and small machinery as needed.
- Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Comply with all company safety procedures and policies.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. when required.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Must consent to a background check and drug screen (prior convictions may not automatically disqualify you).
- Closed-toed shoes required.
- Prefer candidates who can read a tape measure.
- Must be able to read fine/small print.
- Ability to push and pull heavy carts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered.
