What You’ll Do
As a Swim Guide, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and guiding guests during ocean swims and snorkeling excursions.
- Providing safety instructions and ensuring guests feel comfortable in the water.
- Sharing knowledge about marine life and the local ecosystem.
- Assisting guests with equipment and ensuring proper usage.
- Monitoring safety conditions and responding to emergencies if needed.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in water based tour excursions, preferably with manta ray tours
- Strong swimming skills and confidence in open water.
- Knowledge of marine life and safety protocols.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for the ocean and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
