Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional support to customers, and ensuring timely email follow-up to resolve inquiries and maintain satisfaction. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $18 and $19/hr. Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Make outbound calls as needed to provide updates or gather additional information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, maintaining clear and organized records.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues through phone and email until resolution is achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, email response time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with email platforms and CRM systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
