Then we want you!APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Dayton, OH looking to add Electronic Assemblers to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to build and solder electronic parts onto circuit boards while making sure everything works correctly and meets quality standards.   • 1st shift opportunities available – Monday to Friday from 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm
  • Competitive hourly rate ranging between $18-$20/hr. depending on experience

What your day will look like:

  • Assemble electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits onto circuit boards or related assemblies by following detailed schematics, diagrams, or work instructions.
  • Use soldering irons and related tools to accurately solder and wire components, ensuring strong, secure, and correctly aligned connections.
  • Conduct testing of completed assemblies to verify functionality and identify defects.
  • Perform rework or repairs as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Inspect assemblies during and after production to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
  • Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous electronic assembly experience; IPC Certification required
  • Skilled in using hand tools and soldering equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electronic schematics.
  • Solid understanding of electronic components, circuits, and common assembly processes.
