Job DescriptionQuality Assurance Technician: Pay: $17ph Location: Two Rivers, WI Hours: Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:00am
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Assurance Technician to support a busy and precision-driven manufacturing environment. This role works under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager and plays a key part in ensuring product quality, process consistency, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. If you excel in inspection, documentation, metrology, and problem-solving—and take pride in accuracy—this is an excellent long-term opportunity.
Top Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of inspections (receiving, in-process, final, gage, PPAP/ISIR) using standard metrology tools.

  • Review certifications, inspect/test parts to drawings & specifications (including GD&T), and document results accurately.

  • Generate quality reports, maintain ERP quality records, and administer the calibration program.

  • Create, maintain, and audit Quality Systems Documentation; issue Discrepant Material Reports and support MRB activities.

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement, corrective actions, and internal audits to support overall quality objectives.



#Manitowoc1

  • 2+ years of mechanical inspection experience preferred; strong understanding of ISO or similar quality systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T.

  • Proficient with inspection tools: calipers, micrometers, indicators, gages, CMM, Optical Comparator.

  • Strong documentation, organization, and data accuracy skills (SPC experience a plus).

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
