Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a Production Associate in our Liquid Plant, where you will work with pumps to transfer chemicals and handle equipment such as hoses, tanks, totes, and drums. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper transfer and labeling of liquid chemicals, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area. This role involves consistent heavy lifting and working in the peroxide and hazardous material transloading departments.
Responsibilities
- Operate pumps to transfer chemicals.
- Connect hoses to tanks for chemical transfer to totes and drums.
- Manually or using a sit-down forklift, handle totes of chemicals weighing approximately 35 pounds.
- Verify and document products on and off trucks.
- Label drums and totes appropriately.
- Consistently perform heavy lifting.
- Work in the peroxide and hazardous material transloading departments.
- Drive a Spotter truck to move containers around the property.
- Clean and maintain the work area.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Minooka, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
