Job Description
We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Fabricator. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those eager to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install van equipment including shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories.
- Install equipment according to written and verbal directions.
- Use hand and power tools and equipment safely.
- Collaborate with the upfit/installation team to meet job deadlines.
- Understand all product line parts and accessories.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.
- 1-2 years of wiring experience preferred.
- Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both in a team setting and independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Clean driving record.
- Comfortable with occasional local driving within a 30-minute radius.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a small, clean manufacturing plant with the size of a small office. The facility has one entrance where cars are brought in one at a time for work. The shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
