Pay range: $50/hr - $52/hr
Role Overview:
This Promotional Artwork Manager is currently supporting the Promotional Artwork Team by fulfilling key duties, including the upcoming Games App. They are the sole promotional artwork manager overseeing the US, CA, MX, BR, and PanLAT Discovery (250/month), Growth Program (25/month), and Fast Track (68/month) workstreams. This position has been supported by a contractor since 2020.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of asset management for large volumes of developer assets, including requests, ingestion, review, approval, clearance, handoff, and archiving.
• Serve as the central point of contact for XF team members submitting promotional artwork requests, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Provide developers with specific details, ensuring all asset requirements are met accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with developers to secure high-quality promotional artwork.
• Evaluate assets for compliance with policies, technical specifications, and creative briefs, escalating to Business Affairs as needed.
• Share assets with XF partners for approval, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Approve and organize assets within the Digital Asset Management System, ensuring seamless access and efficient retrieval.
• Maintain detailed asset tracker notes, including status updates, and relevant links, for effective project tracking.
• Participate in weekly XF meetings to ensure alignment and consistent momentum of ongoing projects with XF partners.
• Identify and resolve blockers, ensuring a streamlined workflow and timely delivery of assets.
