Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers opportunities for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide in-person therapy services within K-12 educational settings in Spring, TX. Candidates will work in dynamic school environments supporting students' communication development and contributing to their academic success.
Key Opportunities Include:
- Full-time early childhood position at a dedicated campus focusing on early intervention and foundational speech and language skills
- Full-time maternity leave coverage at an elementary campus, starting in August, providing essential speech-language support during a temporary absence
- Full-time role at an elementary campus located in The Woodlands, serving diverse student needs across the elementary grades
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC certification
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, families, and educators
- Commitment to providing in-person therapy services; no remote work available for these positions
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and measure student progress effectively
Responsibilities:
- Administer speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
