This is a great opportunity for individuals with CNC experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.<br>Pay: $19.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>
<ul>
<li>Input, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code or similar)</li>
<li>Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints</li>
<li>Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed</li>
<li>Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools</li>
<li>Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines</li>
<li>Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill, or both)</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of feeds, speeds, and tool paths</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>
<li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic</li>
