- L+M=A - Lead, manage and hold people accountable

Ensure floor presence including conducting 100% table touches, placing right people in right seats, ensuring no guest leaves unhappy, and leading by example

Manage labor metrics on shifts assigned

Receive, review, and resolve complaints from guests; more importantly, utilize cues during service to proactively identify a customer’s dissatisfaction, then seek to understand and pivot to create an overwhelmingly positive experience

Maintain safety and sanitation standards

Ensure completion of opening and closing duties
Required SkillsShift Lead Qualifications
- Must possess adequate knowledge of wine varietals and beer styles.
- Prior restaurant experience required
- Must be age 21 or older and have TABC certification
- Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
