Compounder – 1st Shift
Location: Shakopee, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay: $23/hour
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable Compounder to join our team! You’ll be responsible for compounding and blending raw materials based on specific formulas to ensure high-quality finished products. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a background in industrial mixing or chemical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately mix and blend raw materials per formulas
- Prepare equipment and inventory before each batch
- Clean tanks, hoses, and work areas according to safety and sanitation standards
- Support production lines as needed
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production teams on formulas and feasibility
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of industrial mixing/blending experience (chemical background preferred)
- Basic chemistry and strong math skills
- Able to operate forklift, tank mixers, PH meters, pumps, and other equipment
- Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and stand for long periods
