Responsibilities
- Perform analytical studies including GLP certifications of various materials to support the registration and production of active ingredients and formulated crop protection products.
- Ensure all data is generated and documented in compliance with GLP regulations, SOPs, best practices, and study protocols.
- Process and interpret the quality of analytical data, troubleshoot, and implement solutions for experimental challenges to meet study requirements.
- Support the daily operations of analytical laboratories by maintaining instrumentation and lab areas.
- Collaborate closely with the GLP Certifications Team and Product Chemistry Subject Matter Experts to efficiently conduct experiments and communicate results to stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related disciplines; Chemistry preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in a professional laboratory setting (6+ months preferred).
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and customer-focused environment.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility to accommodate urgent projects.
- Commitment to environmental health and safety values.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in analytical, chemistry, laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with HPLC, NIR, GLP, GMP, Quality Control, and QC testing.
Work Environment
Work a 1st shift from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
