We are looking for an outgoing, people-person with a love for children to work in our childcare at an upscale Health Club. Must have childcare experience and great customer service skills. All applicants need to be able to work well with others and have the ability to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Childcare Shift Leader
JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18yrs. or older
- CPR Certified within 30 days of starting
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Must be able to move throughout the child care facility freely and quickly for safety of children
- Physical exertion requirements include bending, stretching, reaching, possibly picking up heavy children
- Must be comfortable with sitting on the floor and playing with children
- Must demonstrate responsible, dependable, and professional work habits
- Have the ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently in both the club’s and the member’s best interest
- Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills with co-workers, members, and children.
- Must be able to manage team and make decisions
- Must put the safety of children first
- Must exemplify the “Mountainside Way”
- Ability to smile and greet members consistently in a friendly and sincere manner
- Experienced in childcare and understand all related job duties
- Successfully complete Mountainside Training program within 30 days of starting in position.
