A well-established steel manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Lab Supervisor to lead a small team in its chemical and physical testing lab. You’ll oversee daily testing on metal products, ensure quality compliance, and keep production moving by working closely with engineering and operations.
This is a great fit for someone with 3+ years in a metals or industrial lab and some leadership experience who’s ready to take ownership and make an impact.
What You’ll Do:

Supervise and train lab technicians across multiple shifts

Review production orders and assign required testing

Perform or oversee testing on steel and metal samples

Maintain calibration, accuracy, and lab safety standards
