Your Role
Immerse yourself in the steel, construction reinforcement, and ground stabilization sectors at CMC. Whether you find yourself troubleshooting in the workshop or drafting new strategies while working remotely, you’ll be supported by a committed team ready to help you thrive.
Your Daily Tasks
- Align with CMC's robust safety culture and participate actively in safety programs
- Pinpoint malfunctions in systems and components using diagnostic tools and personal expertise
- Utilize SAP for maintenance duties: track time, tasks, and outcomes using tech tools
- Display reliability in attendance, task completion, and adaptability
- Evaluate necessary materials: bolts, pipes, and cables
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Maintain high standards of work quality
- Inspect equipment for issues and rectify by skillfully removing faulty parts
- Showcase a detailed understanding of machinery and operational processes
- Compile reports on mechanical maintenance by assessing relevant data
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace
Essential Qualifications
- Capable of prolonged physical activity in varied environmental conditions
- Proficient with precision tools for measurement
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience with equipment maintenance is an advantage
- At least 1-year field experience in industrial or manufacturing settings favored
- 3+ years in a similar role highly desired
Academic Credentials
- Completion of High School or GED
