About the Role - What You’ll DoChemical Operators support manufacturing, blending, and packaging operations to meet customer demands while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and packaging equipment
- Load raw materials and manage chemical processes
- Perform batch documentation, SAP labeling, and inventory scanning
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE, including respirators
- Conduct cleaning and changeovers, maintain housekeeping
- Palletize, wrap, and stage finished goods for shipment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days/nights, weekends, holidays, overtime)
- Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and occasionally lift up to 110 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks
- Ability to wear a respirator and other PPE
- Basic math skills
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Ability to distinguish color
- Must meet fit‑to‑work and pass employment physical
