We are seeking a Production Planner / Operations Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations.

This hybrid role involves planning and scheduling production, managing inventory, coordinating shipping, and providing administrative support to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has strong ERP/MRP experience, and is skilled at balancing multiple priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer, inventory, and quality goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate materials with purchasing to ensure on-time production.
• Manage domestic and international shipping, including documentation and carrier coordination.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, cycle counts, and production reports.
• Support cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of experience in production planning, operations coordination, or manufacturing support.
• ERP/MRP system experience (Acumatica a plus).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Combination of sedentary (computer-based) work and active tasks on the production floor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and walk/stand for extended periods.
