Chemist / Sales Support – Milwaukee, WI

Our Milwaukee-based client is looking for a Chemist who thrives at the intersection of science and service. If you’re passionate about developing cutting-edge solutions and helping customers achieve optimal results, this role offers the perfect blend of technical expertise and client interaction.
This position includes limited domestic travel (under 10%) and provides an opportunity to make a real impact in product development and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new products and produce bench samples.

Conduct performance testing of formulas.

Review formulas for U.S. and international regulatory compliance.

Provide sales and customer support for our product line.

Assist customers in selecting the right products and developing proper cleaning protocols for their applications.

Collaborate with QC/Chemist to maintain regulatory compliance globally.

Analyze and produce bench samples for new formulas.
Qualifications

Strong background in chemistry and regulatory compliance.

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel domestically (under 10%).

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
