Key Responsibilities:
Showroom and Visual Merchandising Support
- Capture product photographs and enter dimensional data (DIMS) for planogramming purposes.
- Assist in planning and executing showroom sets across branches.
- Support the review and optimization of showroom item performance (rate of sale).
- Maintain and verify showroom planograms and core merchandising standards across branches.
- Help develop and implement set sell calendars and new planogram rollouts.
- Assist in maintaining branch floor plans, fixture placement, and “as-built” documentation.
- Assist in the design, specification, and documentation of special fixtures created by our internal team.
Inventory & Assortment Management
- Support the management of store assortment plans related to showroom merchandise.
- Monitor and respond to fast-moving (“Hot Items”) and slow-selling items with actionable recommendations (e.g., transfers, markdowns, or liquidation).
- Collaborate on the planning of featured and focal product items in branches, ensuring proper signage and timely setup.
Sample & Fixture Coordination
- Secure and manage product samples, fixturing samples (e.g., slatwall, impulse fixtures), and display boards.
- Maintain feature wall standards and vendor display compliance across all showrooms.
Digital & Communication Support
- Maintain a digital set sell resource (including fixture and signage standards) accessible by branches.
- Participate in digital programs and tools related to showroom experience in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain the Teams/SharePoint site as a central hub for all showroom resources and communication.
- Respond to requests and communications in the Teams showroom channel in a timely and professional manner.
Branch Support & Coordination
- Conduct virtual walkthroughs and showroom verifications with branches monthly.
- Maintain a list of designated showroom assistants in each branch and support their role in maintaining showroom standards.
- Assist in maintaining vendor relationships related to showroom partnerships and in-store displays.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in merchandising, retail management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or inventory support.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with planogramming software or digital merchandising tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel occasionally to branch locations.
- Ability to pass a drug test
