Electrical Foreman – Camp Blanding, FL
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee renovations and new construction projects at Camp Blanding military base. This role involves supervising contractors, ensuring efficient workflow, and assisting with morning setups. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available for a standard five-day workweek.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure contractors work efficiently and meet project timelines.
- Assist with morning setups and coordinate daily tasks.
- Wire light fixtures with 0–10V dimming controls, trim-out dimmers, and receptacles.
- Assemble, install, and wire electrical apparatus and fixtures using hand and power tools.
- Bend and run conduit/EMT accurately.
- Read and interpret blueprints for electrical layouts.
- Install fuse boxes and related components.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in electrical work and commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot blueprints.
- Experience in conduit bending, wire pulling, and cable installation.
- Familiarity with NEC codes and compliance standards.
- Competence in using hand tools and cordless drills.
- Previous experience in commercial construction environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to wire up panels and perform terminations.
- Capability to perform all phases of electrical work with little to no supervision.
Pay & Shift:
- $25 - $30/hr based off experience
- Monday - Friday (7am -3:30pm)

Work Environment
Work is conducted at a fully operational military base, requiring a presentable and professional demeanor at all times. Activities will occur both indoors and outdoors, adhering to a Monday through Friday schedule from 7am to 3:30pm. Personal Protective Equipment including Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Safety Gloves, and Steel-Toed Boots is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
